Hi, i ordered an phone and setup auto debit last week. But then i cancelled my order and after two days i got a letter from EE which says I'll be debited from my account regarding the order.. Will my account debited even after cancelling the order? Who should i contact?

The payment would be taken and any refunds for a cancelled contract would be processed on the next bill after phone has been returned and the account has been closed.

No. I ordered 128 gb variant..afterwards i decided to change the order.. Then i contacted the customer care and order had been returned by themselves and told me to reorder once it reached EE office. But today i got a invoice regarding direct debit.. So, Is that possible to be debited even after scheduled a return by EE?
