I placed my order on the 13th of September over the phone the man said that my order will be delivered on the 16th however I received a email saying that my order will be with me soon but there was no date on when it will come and no tracking number just a account number so how am I supposed to know when it’s coming as the man on the phone said it would definitely be with me by Friday the 16th but how do I know that there is no confirmation could someone please help me

Pre-orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis. You'll receive a text with tracking details before 8pm on the day before your delivery.

Thank you for taking the time out to respond
and I totally understand that it is on a first come first serve basis I ordered my upgrade on Monday but had no confirmation at all. So I phoned 150 and the man told me that I could get a cheaper over the phone, and that if you did it, it would not affect delivery. the man I spoke when getting my upgrade, told me that I would be here by Friday and that delivery shouldn’t be affected I received a confirmation email with my account number and what I got but no tracking details. I understand that you can’t help me with a tracking number or when it’s coming I’m just hoping it will be here before the 27th of September I really do appreciate your help so thank

We can only give you a full tracking number once DPD set up the delivery, by which time they should be in contact with you directly anyway, @Mich94.
Which memory size did you choose? I'll check our stock levels.

The current guidance for new orders of that model is to expect dispatch dispatch within 28 days. Like I said though, it's first come, first served. So the oldest orders will be cleared first.

You might be the lucky one because I placed my order on the 12th and I haven’t got any confirmation email or anything. Everytime I call to see what’s going on I get a different story. One guy said I’d get it by Friday at 7 and that didn’t happen and another said in 14 days and one guy said he can’t even see the order on my account. Still haven’t gotten an email or text to confirm anything and it’s basically a whole week now.
