Device being returned to EE

I did an upgrade to my phone and the address was incomplete, and the DPD couldn't find the place so the order went back to the EE.

it's been a week and my profile is not updated yet - says I have an upgrade and a new phone when I do not have any and because it was an upgrade I can't even place a new order. 

I called multiple times to EE and everyone said the same - to wait. 

How Long it takes for the return to be processed?

It usually takes a few days to get the device scanned back in and the contract changed back, @ACVF.

I think it should have been done by now. Have you spoken to EE today?

Hi @Christopher_G . When I called last week they said would be done by Monday (today). But end of the day and nothing is updated yet.

I just thought that calling costumer service would solve the situation but apparently, they can't do anything either.

I'm going away  next week and I would like to have it, but not sure if that is going to be possible
