I placed an order on 22nd November for iPhone 14 Pro max was told 14 days for dispatch!! Raised a chat on 13th Dec as item still hadn't arrived and no up date to be told delivery on 20th Dec .. still nothing can some one please help as this is a Christmas gift!! Website showing in stock

Hi @Josef2,

If you register your details with the DPD app, you'll receive a notification as soon as they receive your parcel.
