Delivery

Hello I ordered a MacBook with a power adapter. I am waiting for the MacBook still however the adapter says it’s been delivered however I have not received it and I have not been contacted by Royal Mail about it being delivered or even out for delivery. Is there a way I can get an update on this or atleast file it as not being delivered

It must be concerning that you've had confirmation that part of the order has been delivered.

I got one through EE but not Royal Mail. Whenever I click on track item through the EE website it says there’s an issue
