Delivery address wrong for the second time for one order

For the second time this week. EE or DPD have managed to get my address wrong. The address is on my ee profile yet it’s still not being entered correctly. And the option on the DPD app does not let me pick up from the depo. This is so frustrating as I’m now missing out on two days of work just to be messed around. The parcel has yet to be attempted. Is there anyway this can be adjusted before 11am. I just want my door number to be added

If the house number is missing from your delivery address, your address may not be in the correct format on your EE account.
Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can amend this for you.
