Applying for Online contract for simcard

I have requested online simcard with contact since last Thursday and email confirmation received that 2-3 days will be getting it. Till today nothing received? How can i do follow up? Shall I go to the branch requested instead?

Have you been requested by us to visit an EE Store?

SIM cards are delivered by Royal Mail and can take up to 5 working days to arrive.
