i have ordered an upgrade however it is not yet received dhl has texted me my time slots but aren't showing up and i havent received a tracking number either

@ehtank DHL ? You might want to check DPD as that’s who EE use. You’ll get a tracking number once a device is allocated to you and you’ll not get a delivery time slot until a device has been processed and placed in your name.

I had a an upgrade delivered by DHL last week. In the bag was the wrong device, no relation to the delivery note. When I rang EE they said they don't use DHL, but when they checked the delivery info they confirmed it was DHL. They were very confused. Maybe DHL are stealing phones? I'm nearly a week after order and I've still not received my correct phone and I've been given no time frame for when "their investigation" will be completed. Don't see why I should wait for them to resolve their mistakes
