How do I know if my order has been accepted? 
I had an email confirmation of order. But nothing since and I paid £30 upfront cost.   Thank you 🙂

It is worth speaking to the team to make sure the order has been successful @Rachhanksy.

The iPhone 16 Plus 128GB in Teal is showing as being out of stock at the moment, and is expected to be dispatched within 7 days, so that could explain why you've not heard anything yet, but the team will check the order on your account.

@Rachhanksy , the upfront cost will be pending until the phone has been dispatched.

If you had the email confirmation of order, and money taken as pending, then it has got to be accepted.

What phone model, storage size and colour did you order? One of the staff here may be able to give you an idea when you are likely to receive it, there is no account access, though.

Hi @Rachhanksy 

Please check your Junk/Spam folder for order process confirmation. 
If you're unable to find this, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.

If the order wasn't completed, they can manually process the order for you.

Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed. 
If the order does not get completed we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.

Hi yes I had a confirmation email with a ref number or order number. I’ve been typing that into the tracking. The tracking is saying ordered dispatched in 24 hours. It doesn’t say my address or anything else on the tracking page though? I’ll give EE customer service a call tomorrow morning. Also I ordered a iPhone 16 plus 128 gb in teal, I really hope there will be an update soon.

Thank you for your reply, I spoke to EE yesterday and they confirmed that my order will be dispatched next week as they are waiting on a delivery of phones! Hopefully by the 18th I will have my new iPhone 🙂
