Err. That is the problem that I am trying to get round. I can ring that number but it asks for my EE Mobile number - which I don't yet have. Without it the helpline just hangs up!

@Skypilot617 : Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
