I am an autistic adult I have been told to call 08009563045 about my order too fix an issue however unable to phone people I do not know and am unable too use the relay service as it causes me panic attacks and overwhelm, how am I able to contact EE about my order as there is no way of contacting them via email which is how I would normally do this. This severely limits the accessibility I need to have to be able too use my account and contact EE too either fix or cancel my order

Is it possible for a friend or family member to give us a call when they're with you? That way the team can set your account up so that someone can call on your behalf to discuss your account.
