Hi. I have been charged £30 upfront fee but my order didn’t go through

Is the payment showing as completed or pending in your online banking?

The order didn’t come through but the money are taken . Not happy

Hi @Agnieszka1231,

If your order wasn't successful, the pending payment won't be completed.

Your bank will release the funds back into your balance automatically.
