Cannot track order

Hi I ordered s21fe navy cloud mobile and contract yesterday ordered over the phone the operator told me I will get my phone by tomorrow. I got an email confirming my order but there is no order number on it just my account number, so I cannot track it I've looked on DPD app to see if anything on there for my address but nothing showing. I've had no further information the phone is for my autistic son and if it doesn't arrive tomorrow he will have major meltdown can someone please look into this for me much appreciated.

Are you able to track your order this morning using our online order tracker?

 

If you can't track it online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and give you an update.
