Hi,
I cancelled my order and the lady said I would get a refund in the next 7 business days but I didn't get a confirmation email about the order cancellation. Does EE send an email about the cancelled order or not? The lady didn't mention an email but I would still like to confirm if my order is cancelled.

Cancelling the order would not usually send an email if this was completed over the phone.
If you would like to make sure everything has been cancelled, please get in touch with our mobile care team they will be happy to help.
