Placed an order for iPhone 14, email confirmed order and said ‘call to discuss’ but had no number to call attached. I’m not an EE customer already and have been unable to find any number to call.

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Hi did you every get this sorted and what was said? I've just tried placing an order and had the same email?

- Services are disconnected because changed bank in Contracts & Billing
- Ee call back sales team still haven't called back in Contracts & Billing
- Lowest Plans, Overseas in Contracts & Billing
- Re: Online upgrade area of website isn't working in EE app and website
- EE Difficulties - The EE app is really bad and so is the website in EE app and website
