Broadband order

Hi, I ordered new broadband and was told that engineer will be coming 4th October and that I would get confirmation within 5 days of order that all was booked. I haven't had anything and this was 28th August. My tracking order doesn't register as valid to track! Can't find a way to speak to anyone!
