Is there any way I could get an update about my order? I just received an order number stating the my order is successful but when I tried to track it , it says that they can't provide further details. How can i get my order number?  

Also just wanna, unknown number called me yesterday he said he was from ee when I asked about the status of my order he just asked my post code and he instantly gave me an update. I wonder if i was legit.

Anyone here who availed pre-order Iphone 14 promax but for pick up at EE store? Just wanna ask for any update from your side.

Our customer services number isn't withheld when calling you. What did they say about the order?

They said that my order is confirmed and will be available tomorrow for pick. I just need to wait for the message frim the store that it is ready.

i ordered an iphone 14 pro max 128gb space black last 15 Sep at around 1am. I also received an email with order number of XKo

It's possible that it was the actual store that was calling you. Fingers crossed it's ready soon.

You could try calling the store on their contact number listed on the store finder if you don't hear from them soon.

Is it? Because I find it weird for them to ask my postcode to cofirm my order.

Anyway, how can I get my order number to check my order status? The xko is not even working. How would we know the availability of the product we've ordered?

At the end of our conversation, he asked me if Im interested to avail a broadband. Thats it. The start of our convo wasnt that clear. As what I understand, i was browsing in tge community and he saw me online and so he called me and asked of my concern. I asked an update about my order the possibility that it will be delivered. He asked me about my postcode and I added that a requested it to ve picked up at EE store in Bromley the glades. The viola! He said that my order is successful and confirmed. I just need to wait for the message of the EE store.
