Payed 539 quid for a new phone on Wed (it's now Friday) and was told when on the phone with customer services that all I'd have to do would be set up my account and then give them a call back today to sort out moving over my number and so far it's been an absolute trainwreck.
Found out from another representative on the phone that what I was told on Wed was actually just a load of bs and wasn't true in the slightest and when the rep couldn't figure out what to do or where the other rep had cocked up, we were put on hold, it's now been nearly 2 hours and we are still on hold.
Meanwhile, I've had no emails from ee about where my phone is, my old number has been cancelled so I can't even call them on my phone.
So far I'm considering just cancelling and changing providers. Been bald face lied to by the first person and the second has left us on hold for 2 hrs bc they couldn't figure out where they've messed up down the line.
Still half a grand down the drain and I haven't got a clue where my phone is because I just get an error when I go to track it, absolute **bleep**take.

This is far from the experience we'd expect from someone joining our network, and definitely want to make sure we help point you in the right direction for getting things sorted out.
How were things left with you when you last spoke with our team yesterday, and what model of phone did you order?
