Bought an accessory

I bought a PS5 headset a couple days ago and havent heard anything since apart from an email. Don't have an order number or anything yet how do I find this out?

If you don't have an order number from the email, you'd need to get in touch with our Customer Care team so they can give you it and enable tracking.

DPD will text you when your order is ready to be delivered.

 it came today with tracking but just opened the package there and this is what the box looks like I've not opened it that's how it was when I opened the bag it was in

If it was delivered by DPD then that box damage is standard with those clowns. If your parcel came in a bag even worse tbh and you're lucky that is the only damage.

Yeah came in a bag but phoned 150 they advised me to open and check it for damaged but everything is fine just the box that is damaged. Thanks for your reply
