That's what I have been accused of by an EE staff.
Can't believe that.
Get out of my store you not getting your phone.
That what I've been told.Humiliated in front of other customers. What a day to remember with EE.
What is the definition of disrespecting someone?
Been in the store and ask a member of staff if it was normal for me to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to collect a phone that I purchased a day before. The purchased in itself went very smooth to be fair. Can anybody without any agenda or parti pris, tell me that it was disrespect to a pregnant woman asking that question.
EE you gave me two options to get my phone quick. Which was by the way, a present to my daughter. The option to choose was next day home delivery or collect in store. Best way for me was take my hour break and walk two minute to the store. Sat there for 50 minutes to hear that my phone was not there. Asking me if I got a txt message to collect. No I didn't.
I have four mobiles registered on my name. Why would EE send the txt message on a different number which was not the main.
I will fight for my dignity and my reputation.

Thanks for that.
In cases like this footage is so important and I want to see how EE will deal with that. They have my consent not only for recordings but audio as well.
