I'm a BT broadband customer and I can get and ee sim plan deal. When I'm choosing the sim plan i want from ee site (automatic transfer) is asking if I'm a customer which i am and when i  log in i get transferred to ee deals which are more expensive.

Did anybody had the same problem and any solution to this please?

@YiannisKyr : Don't login to your MyEE when it asks. It is wanting to know if your are already an EE cust for an EE mobile phone or SIM contract, nor a BB contract.
