Awaiting my S22 in backlog

Not happy with the poor upgrade service and communication. It seems like EE are getting worse. Ordered an upgrade on the 4th and rang last week to be told there is a backlog of deliveries.

I have just checked our current guidance and the Samsung S22 5G 256GB Phantom Black is available to order and to expect despatch within 21 days.

As soon as your order is ready for delivery you will receive more details.

But have you not manually changed my phone plan to change when I get my new phone. I now have no cover no extra and how am I being billed.
