Hi I've recently started a plan for tv and broadband and I'm waiting for the TV box and WiFi box to turn up.
I have checked my orders to see if there have both been dispatched yet and in my orders it was says my order has been cancelled even though I have never cancelled it it says something about a auto cease.
can anyone explain what's going on it's currently late in the evening and don't want call up I'm hoping someone will have some information for me thanks
