Apple ultra watch order

Ordered my ultra watch over the phone on the pre order day and received my pre order confirmation 👍  Had another email a week later saying order on track but no delivery date 🤷🏻‍♀️. They launch on Friday ,anyone else waiting like me .

Ive got an order number and text advising delivery on Friday. Ive spoken to two different people who both advise delivery Friday but have heard nothing from DPD as yet and the order tracker is showing no movement at all....ive never know anything as annoying

That’s interesting as I would have taken a large orange alpine but they said they didn’t have any!

Just had a conversation with someone they confirmed just white ocean bands in stock. Got my hopes up with the orange alpine.

Absolute joke of a service, upgraded my phone to the 14 pro as i do every year, thought i would upgrade my watch also, was assured that i would have it for launch day & nothing arrived, jumped on to chat Friday evening and was assured that the watch was 'preparing for dispatch' so i asked them straight if they actually had it in hand and it was actually 'preparing for dispatch' and to my not so surprise they didn't respond. I then connected to the chat again and was told absolutely without fail my watch would be on its way today, and guess what? nothing again, i haven't even had an email stating that there has been a delay.

Oh no,I had the white ocean band in the end but they did have other ones on the John Lewis site . Going to order a darker colour from Apple and wait for the trail loop to come in,be about 10 weeks in Apple .

I had all my emails saying on track after the preorder confirmed email. Rang the CS twice on Thursday night ,to be finally told it was still an open order and they had no idea when I would get my watch as it depended when they had stock arriving . It depends on who you talk to ,to what they say. I just had a refund and cancelled my watch. Ordered one on line from John Lewis Saturday afternoon and it arrived 12.45pm Sunday,less than 24 hours later. Must admit I do love it . Hope your all sorted very soon

I had to get the white Ocean loop to in the end, which will do for swimming. I bought a third party stainless steel link bracelet that I think goes really well with the Ultra.

That looks nice, how much was the steel bracelet. I would like a leather strap for more formal occasions. 

in regards to my ultra watch I have not even called EE, just not had time. Hope it arrives soon.

got my new iPhone on release day yet not my watch ultra and no communication on the 23rd

disappointing as paid £190 for it. What is going on EE?

Bit the bullet, phoned them this morning and swapped to a white ocean band. Picked up an orange trail loop from Apple. Couldn’t wait much longer. Just had DPD notification that it’s coming tomorrow. Happy days.
