Ordered this phone few days back heard nothing says confirmed but no dispatch time.

I may just cancel EE and go elsewhere as I told EE I was going to o2 as they had phone and good deal yet EE convinced me to stay saying they had the phone available ready to dispatch

The current guidance is estimated dispatch within 21 days for new orders from 03 November. I'm sorry if you have been advised this would be ready for dispatch. 

DPD will be in touch once the order has been dispatched with tracking details for the delivery.

Yeah dont trust a word EE tell you, they told me 2 days for delivery when ordered on the 1st, still no update, and also they tell everyone "first come first serve" which is absolute BS as people that have ordered after others have recieve their devices and the orders were exactly the same.

Don't know how ee have been voted best network for 8 years running when they LOVE lying to their customers 

@Reeceives , it is first come first serve, but it also depends on colour and storage size, that is why some receive before others, that is if your ordered blue with storage size 256GB, then as that one comes in and ones in another colour or storage size, for instance, then could be they receive it sooner than someone who ordered either a different colour or storage size, would receive it before someone who ordered earlier, if you get my drift, so need to take a look at what another person has ordered, and how do you know about orders?
