Hello
I pre-ordered the Apple Watch 11 Titanium 46mm. I was told it would be delivered within 28 days, but earlier this week the EE online store has changed the delivery quote and shows it within 7 days for new orders.
I would have expected to have an update given that people ordering now are being given a much shorter expected delivery time.
When I go to track the watch it just says - expected 'delivery date' awaiting confirmation.
Can anyone help? Am I likely to have gone to the back of the queue?

My order is exactly 28 days today. I call ee today twice, the first call no help at all. The second call amazing, explained, that l order the apple watch 11 titanium gold 46 mm last month 23rd, l havent received any update, but also on my ee it shows new charges, for new apple watch 11.. and l havent received the watch! He asked me to hold on, then he told me the order was supposed to be delivered today and he asked if l received the pin, l said no. And the send the pin to the old apple watch and l cant access it! So he had to sort that out, so l can receive the pin on my main number. I asked to hold until the msg came thro. Still my ee account no any updates., so pls after 28 days call them

That's fantastic!!! So glad it's on the way. My original order (for the 46mm) is over 28 days but I changed it to the 42mm so it will be 28 days on Friday - fingers crossed I get positive news too 🤞

Fingers crossed anyone who's been waiting starts to get their Apple Watch soon - and hopefully with the security PIN!
Am going to get in touch with EE but my Watch came today - but I've had to reject delivery because I've not received the confirmation PIN for security purposes 🤦🏽♂️.
Having looked at previous replies I downloaded the DPD app and used the same email address that's linked to my EE account and there's absolutely no mention of any delivery.

Oh no - how utterly frustrating 😞 and awful that there were no updates! The communication about stock and orders has been so poor.
Out of interest - when did you order and which model?

I ordered the Apple Watch Ultra 3 in Natural Titanium with the Natural Milanese band.
I don't mind waiting as I appreciate EE have to wait to have stock delivered from Apple (although updates would've been appreciated from time to time).
Have filled out a complaint online (which I was loathed to do, so many actual problems in the world right now compared to this) and am trying to speak to someone now about the next steps - unfortunately I couldn't find which option via 150 was the correct one?

I think the key is proper updates - as you say, no-one minds waiting if they are given clear info.

Do you have old apple watch? Meaning are you upgrading? if the answer is yes, then your pin was sent to your old apple watch number. When l call ee yesterday l was told my apple watch was due for the delivery yesterday, l told him l havent receive any update on my ee or dpd, then he checked and he said the pin was sent to my apple watch number and my contract ended 17 this month, so he sorted out and l received the message from dpd with pin before the call ended, so that was the legit delivery. Even now theres no update on my ee on orders, but the plan is activated

This is the problem, no communication at all, between departments and the online orders. The worst is each ee customer service representative are different, some don’t have a clue. Keep calling them, you will end up with the good one, like me yesterday 😅
