Ordered upgrade and got phone last week. All good but I now have another EE delivery coming for something and I haven’t ordered anything but got tracking by dpd. Any ideas

Usually we send the minute-one case bundle along with the upgrade to protect your new device, however occasionally it is sent separately before or after the upgrade device has arrived.
You can confirm the order by calling Customer Service team on 150.
