Afternoon,
I have just joined as an EE customer, and my intention was to slowly transfer all of my families mobiles from Vodafone over to EE. I have a sim only unlimited plan at the moment and went to add an additional line as my sons contract with Vodafone is up in a couple of days and I want to transfer him. However the EE shop is telling me that I cannot add an extra line at this moment ... anyone got any ideas, is it because I'm a new customer ?

@Posmcew You need to wait 30 days from joining EE before you can add additional lines to your account.

I've been with EE since March and paid all my bills on time but I'm still unable to add an additional line it's telling me. I'd like to add a tablet but saying I'm unable to add additional lines. Any ideas?

Your eligibility for additional products will depend on the results of your credit check, as well as your billing history.
I'm sorry that you aren't eligible at the moment. This is regularly reviewed so please keep checking back.
