I’ve have upgraded my phone to the new iPhone 14 pro max having to wait around 28 days for delivery, I’m wanting to recycle my iPhone 12 Pro Max is there a time limit on when you have to send the old phone if I apply now?

@Kirsty54   You shouldn’t have to return the old device until you get the new one.  You’ll be sent a returns package to put the old device into.
