Add to plan is a joke

I am finding this add to plan a joke. I ordered a TV on Monday as it states delivery in 2-3 days, and that was after I finally got the site to work. Wednesday came and still nothing. Not even been able to track my order as keeps saying, unable to show this information at the moment. I called customer services on Wednesday and the lady was very helpful and told me it was still at the distribution centre. My order email says I'll receive a text when it's on the way. Its now Thursday and still nothing.

I may have to cancel it as I'm back at work next week so won't be in to take delivery.......... No updates, no nothing..... What a joke.

Please could you confirm what TV you ordered so I can check our stock?

Thanks for replying. 

It's sorted now as my TV turned up about half hour ago. 

But for the size of the company, ee really needs to get things sorted as the Web site doesn't work half the time and they need to keep people updated like they say they will.
