Add to Plan Issues!!

I ordered a Samsung 43in DU8000 Smart TV on 28 Oct as add to plan. Item was in stock when ordered and is currently showing as a few left! The main issue is for some reason it used the watch phone number (which is not a phone number!) instead of the actual account tel number. I have not received any tracking numbers or anything and a little annoyed as I’m off work this week!! Thanks for any help

I have tried speaking to CS on this but they have no clue what I’m talking about!

Did you note your order reference number when you placed your order? 

You should have also received an email confirmation with your order number, which you can use to track your order on our Track Your Order page.

As you have not received this yet, the order may not have completed. In which case it's best to contact Customer Care team. 
 

A guide can locate your order and update the contact number as well as provide you with the tracking details.  Contact Us | Help & Support | EE

I'm having difficulties myself with reference no's,I'm supposed to be having a tv delivery today??? I can't find it in Gmail or messages

Hey there @Steely1962, welcome to the EE Community 😊

If you ordered this on add to plan, you should have received a text with a link to track this via DPD, and the tracking number will be included in that too. 

Also please don't share this in public, but when you originally completed the order did it display a reference number starting with XK?
