Did you mean:

Absolute joke of a service

Andreapppp
Visitor

So my phone had broken so I ordered a new device. Explicitly made it clear that I would not be able to access any messages or anything sent to the number registered with my EE account because it's broken. When actually trying to order the phone, I was pressured into trading in my broken device, despite me saying numerous times I will keep it because it's insured. DPD arrive and refuse to give me my phone because the pin to confirm I am who I say I am was sent to the broken phone. DPD were utterly disgusting and as far as I'm concerned EE can't even organise the simple delivery of a phone - and even charged me deliery for this awful service. Cannot get through to anyone on the phone so I'm glad you continue to inconvenience customers

Hi @Andreapppp

Thanks for coming here.

I'm sorry to hear of your recent experience when ordering an upgrade.

When trying to contact our customer care team what number are you calling?

Katie

@Andreapppp , if you have another device, such as IPad, linked to your phone, you should have DPD app there and should be able to receive the pin, also if you log-in to DPD via the website with your details, you should be able to see the PIN number.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
