About delivery status for iPad

I order an iPad on 24.09.2024 , still I haven't received any form of Sms or anything, about the delivery. The sales person said to me that it was one day delivery but no improvement , what can I do now

Which model of IPad, colour and storage size did you order?
You will receive notification as soon as it is dispatched from EE and another one from DPD up to the evening before day of delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
As we have no account access, you can ring customer service and discuss this with them.
