Ordered a phone. Paid the £30 upfront payment then went to 404 page not found and I’ve had no email confirmation!! What happens now?

Hi @SSGILLIAMFAM I can imagine it's worrying when the payment has been taken but you've not had any confirmation the order has gone through.
I'd recommend giving us a call so a guide can get this looked into for you and give you some clarity as to what's happening.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
