I have 2 watch contract on my account and they say an old number I’m assuming is the eSIMs. Annoyingly they are the same watches but different colours and belong to different people in the home.
I upgraded my one and wanted to check it was connected to my phone number so basically it’s the right one to upgrade. I was reassured it was so ordered and upgrade.
I received yesterday but turns out the other watch that wasn’t upgrade has now lost their data contract.
obviously EE have clearly messed up. After the mess with iPhone upgrade anytime order and now all this I’m in shock at how incompetent EE is.
I really hope they can sort it out but o keep calling and obviously it’s chaos with the iPhone mess so can’t get through again. I need someone who knows what they are talking about as I don’t want things in more of a mess.
my new watch has the same number on the EE as the other family member in my home so number isn’t assigned to each watch as in inbuilt. I just hope EE are able to rectify this without screwing up even more!

I'm sorry to hear that there may have been a mix-up with your order. Did you manage to get through to someone to take a look at this?

I’m a bit worn out with contacting EE over that last week and being on chat. It makes the whole experience awful and is taking up so much of my time. I will call later today or tomorrow unless they get back in touch as a complaint has been raised.
