I ordered my phone a week ago today and still no update on when it will be dispatched, can anyone provide more information?

Just to add to what Chris B has mentioned, if you haven't already I would recommend downloading the ‎DPD App. This will give you up to date information on your delivery. 

You can also Track your Order using your order number.

@Kiaellerby  The 256 and 512Gb in sliver both say usually dispatched within 7 days and the 1024 is 14 days but this doesn’t include bank holidays as was Friday and Monday this week.
