14 pro max delivery delay

Made an upgrade order on pre order day 9th still haven’t received any updates regarding my delivery, when I contacted them they said order had processed on 12th and demand for handset can’t provide any delivery info , they just call to confirm the trade in info on 12th , but I got an email confirmation on 9th , this is so frustrating now

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I called them as well , they can’t gave proper reply when am going to get the mobile and I told them because of your order confirmation email I cancelled the preorder on Apple Store , I don’t what does he understood he asked me do want to cancel the order 😢
