Hello - I'd like to upgrade my phone but am currently paying £21 p/m. Please can you let me know if I can upgrade my device but continue paying the same sort of rates? I'm happy to increase to £25.

@izzyw : You can only upgrade to what's on offer. Have a look at Upgrade Now from your MyEE to see what is available.
