EE Perks Portal Account 'Deactivated'

I signed up to EE Perks Portal through my work email a few months back and verified my account at the time. I have just recently tried to get a code to buy a new contract and when I attempt to login it says that my account has been deactivated because I did not verify in time!

 

I have tried changing the password, re-registering with my work ID and calling customer services but I am still having the same issue.

 

Can anyone help!? It seems to be more hassle than it is worth now.

Hi, I am also having the same problem and I have tried contacting EE Customer Services but they stated that they could not help me as it was a problem to be sorted out by BlueLightCard CS.

 

Please can you provide any help at all!?

Hi Leanne,

 

My wifes Perks account has been deactivated and she is unable to logon. Please could you advise on this? I have tried resetting the account and have called EE and they have directed me to the community to resolve.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

I've tried to sign up to the EE Perks Portal, but we keep getting:

 

Your account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.
