not received pre-paid digital card for £300

I took out a new contract on a Samsung s22+ on 21st of November which was eligible for a pre-paid £300 card as of yet i have received nothing was texted saying I would receive text after 14 days still nothing

I've still not got mine yet phoned up twice promised I will get the text but still nothing

It's now been over a month since I took the offer what a joke

I've contacted ee already twice on 150 last time was 20/12/2022 but still nothing sorted out I'm wasting my time

What were you advised on the 20th? Did the team send off an escalation form for you? If they did, they'll get back to you as soon as they receive a response.

She said she had filled out something and was going to credit my account with £10 no £10 there yet

the person i spoke to before her said they had fill out some form but nothing happened

I believe the timescale was 15-30 days, anything after that may require a chase.
