I had to upgrade my phone early so I rang up and spoke to one of your agents asked about the pixel pro 7 she said ok no worries I asked was there any offers as I've been with ee for over 15 years and never got anything from Yous she replied you get a free watch I said ok she also said that to apply for the watch I would have to wait 14 days so on the 1/11/22 I applied to be told after waiting 5 days or more it's been declined spoke on phone with agent today 15/11/22 told I upgraded my phone on the 21/10/22 so the agent who I spoke to about upgrade new that it had an end date for the free watch but still told me I can have it just for a sale so now I have a phone I didn't really want and no watch

You had to purchase the phone by the 17th Oct to qualify for the free watch. Google claim webpage went live on 1st Nov. You registered your purchase there with Google and sent a proof of purchase.
If the agent told you that you had to delay your purchase then they were wrong.
If you misunderstood her then that's not really the agents fault.
Unless EE record all their support calls I'm not sure what you'll do about it. It'll be your word against theirs.
Hopefully it was the agent that got it wrong.
