ee perks account deactivated

Hi

 

I have tried to access my EE perks account but it states that this is now deactivated.  Can anyone help on how i can access my 5 codes please

Also, can you try and register for a new Perk account, does this work for you?

Hi Leanne,

 

Never logged on before, just left it too long to activate. I tried re-registering bit it told me I already had an account. Dies this help.

I appear to be in the same position as others in this thread. I've gone to log in to EE Perks but when I have done so it states my account has been deactivated. Can someone reset my account please?

I have the exact same situation. Tried calling a customer service advisor who spent quite a lot of time trying to help me get to the bottom of this but was unable to fix this for me.

 

Would love to get this resolved as soon as possible so I can get myself a S20 Ultra!
