ee perks account deactivated

Hi

 

I have tried to access my EE perks account but it states that this is now deactivated.  Can anyone help on how i can access my 5 codes please

Hello

I have the same problem. I reset my password on EE Perk website, however the message appears that my account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame. When I tried to create new account, I have message that this e-mail address already exists. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi All,

I have used EE Perks in April and it worked fine then I have to reverify my account (my work email that I have always used with EE Perks and linked to my EE work number) but never received the verification email (tried multiple times), now a message appears that my account has been deactivated as your registration was not completed within the allowed time frame.

Can you please support me.
