Currently on maternity leave, so no access to nhs email and can’t remember password to log in to ee perks but already registered! Any ideas

Hi,
I did recently upgrade but over a month ago - I was on maternity at the time and my NHS account was frozen and so I couldn’t use my email and I was told a letter from the trust wasn’t accepted.
I’m now back in work and have tried to add the discount but dont seem to be able to do this even though I received a text saying it had been applied?

Did you receive a text from EE advising Perk discount was applied?
If yes, I'd recommend checking this.
You can do this by logging in to your EE app or by giving us a call.
