Currently on maternity leave, so no access to nhs email and can’t remember password to log in to ee perks but already registered! Any ideas

Hi I have the same issue, still on maternity leave and had to text to say my perks run out in 1 month and am also due to updgrade by 7th July. Can you help?

I have the same issue. I uploaded a letter from the NHS trust confirming I was on maternity but this has been rejected. Are you able to help.

Have you previously registered for Perk using your work email or is this the first time you are trying?

When you are registering for Perk it would need to either be your work email, or if you don't have access to it, your personal email with a copy of your work ID badge.
The Perk team aren't able to accept a letter from your workplace.
Do you have an ID badge that you could upload?

Hi,
I'm back from maternity and my NHS account has been unfrozen so I can access it again. Is it true I now can’t access the perk of 20% discount as I wasn’t able to apply for it within 30 days?

Congratulations.
Have you recently processed an upgrade?
If yes, you should be able to apply this within the first 30 days by giving us a call with your code.
Should your EE Perks account be deactivated, please let me know.
