discount code - where do I enter it?

I have an NHS discount code but can't find anywhere to enter it on my EE site.

Can anyone advise how i apply it?

This discount code must be applied in the voucher section at checkout.

How do i do this when im not actually buying anything?I got a new phone and plan 2 weeks ago and i was told i could apply this up to 28 days after purchase date.

You can't.

It has to be done at point of sale. You were told wrong.

Well I’m not happy with that. It’s the only reason I took the deal as otherwise I could have got a plan cheaper elsewhere. I’ve been trying to get this sorted via Twitter and at no point has it been mentioned that this couldn’t happen
