Xbox ultimate pass 24m

Hi all 

I bought a gaming laptop bundle deal, which comes with 24m xbox pass, and Microsoft 365 pass

But everytime i try to activate i get this

Cleared cookies / cache / data, tried on laptop and pc, same issue. any advice

A lot of people including myself are in the same boat. This really needs sorting out. Its very frustrating
