Xbox game pass

When I signed up to EE I had Xbox game pass as an upgrade/bolt on to my account. I've since left EE to another mobile provider. My game pass is still being paid through EE but I'm not being charged for it. 

I've tried calling to cancel it and make them aware but was basically dismissed by customer services on three occasions. 

I'm concerned that I'm going to get quite a large bill eventually as this has been going on for several months. 

My account on EE is still live and I can see game pass but can't see any way to cancel and I can't do anything through Xbox. 

Does anyone know any way of cancelling this or alternative ways to contact customer services?

Welcome to the EE Community

I am sorry to hear you haven't been able to get help with your Xbox Game pass issue, it is quite an unusual one with the account being cancelled. The best team to take a look at it further would probably be our level 2 technical team as they may be able to raise a ticket for it. 

However I can appreciate you haven't got to that when calling already, so if you are not getting the help you need that way I would recommend opening a complaint via web form. This will go to our executive team who will make sure your query goes to the right place for further help.
