Xbox Game Pass code not received - Xbox Series S bundle

Hi,

I purchased the Xbox Series S bundle (with EE game card and Xbox Game Pass) on 23rd March, I received my EE game card almost immediately by text but haven't heard anything else about the Xbox Game Pass.

I spoke to customer services on the phone last week who said the code would be sent out 14 days after the bundle was purchased, to prevent me from cancelling and returning the console and keeping the Xbox Game Pass. It has now been 16 days, I still haven't got access to the Xbox Game Pass that is part of the bundle I'm paying for.

I can see that others have had the same issue resolved on here so hoping for some help!

Thanks.

Hey there @johnthehuman.

Welcome to the Community 😊

How is it you've taken this out, was it purchased outright or are you paying for it monthly via your phone bill?
If it's the latter, what comes back if you try sending Xbox to 150 from your main number?
Peter

Hi Peter

I am paying monthly via my existing phone bill.

I have sent Xbox to 150 and a text back says I can add Game Pass Ultimate for £12 per month. If I visit ee.co.uk/xbox as suggested in the text, I cannot sign in when entering the PIN, as I get an error along the lines of “there is a technical issue”.

I tried again and managed to log in via ee.co.uk/xbox, and there was a button to Activate Xbox Game Pass, I have followed the steps to do so but have just received a text saying I will be charged £12 per month, when this should be included in the bundle I'm paying for already!

I have removed this paid "add-on" from my account.

Thanks for getting back in touch @johnthehuman.
I recommend giving our guides a call. They will be able to check that the correct add on is set up on your account and help get this activated for you.
