Xbox Game Pass Ultimate add on isnt free anymore?

Xbox game pass Ultimate appeared as a “free” add on when I joined EE end of august, it is now showing £10 monthly. Why is it not free anymore?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I’ve not actually used the add on so it’s not on my bill. My query is relating to selecting it as an add on. 
In my ee app/account, there is a section where it gives me options to select swappable add on’s. There it had Xbox ultimate game pass as “FREE” up until a couple days ago. Now, it says a price of £10 a month. 
I was wanting to select the add on to use as it was free, but now I don’t understand why there is suddenly a price it’s charging me now when previously it was free? When I joined EE my contract is iphone full works contract and the advisor even offered me the Xbox Ultimate as a smart benefit. I didn’t choose it at that point. It doesn’t come up as a swappable smart benefit option though, but as a swappable add on. Either way, it was free before but now mentions a price?

It says I have three add ons already selected. The thing is, like I say, it used to come up as a FREE swappable add on, it now is saying a price of £10 a month and I don’t see why when it’s always said free up until recently, i was advised it would be a free add on to use / change to when I set up my contract as it’s iPhone full works. And it was showing free but now it isn’t.

If you already have three inclusive extras active, you'll need to remove one before you can add another for free.

hi I think you have misunderstood. I know you have to remove one of them before adding another. 
But this isn’t regarding the swappable benefits - The Xbox ultimate game pass isn’t on me of the swappable benefits. It’s an ADD ON. They’re different things. it was previously showing FREE if I wanted to use it, but now it has a price and why is that? It was always a free add on for my particular contract the iPhone full works so therefore it shoudnt be saying a monthly price of £10 when it said free before.

As you can see, it says a price here of £10 a month. It previously said FREE up until like a week and a half ago and want to know why because it was stated it was a free choosable add on as part of my iPhone full works plan, but now it has a price? 🤷🏽‍♀️

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can check exactly what is included with your plan, and which add-ons should be chargeable.

Let us know what happens.
